Renault Clio 172 exhaust from Milltek Sport
Just fitted a Milltek resonated exhaust on my '08 R8! Man...what a sound...should have done this ages ago. It's not too loud, just a little louder, and enough that I'm driving everywhere with the window cracked open!
Milltek Sport is following up their recent expansion into the Renault market by developing a full stainless steel sports exhaust system for the Clio 172.

The system features a downpipe and hi-flow sports catalyst, centre section, and rear silencer with twin 76mm tailpipes. It is also available from the cat-back, which consists of the centre section and rear silencer only. The full Milltek exhaust offers a weight saving over the factory exhaust of 2.55kg and the cat-back system is 1.9kg lighter.

As with all Milltek exhausts, it’s manufactured in the UK entirely from stainless steel, which doesn’t rust like some systems can. This exhaust increases power, sharpens the throttle response, improves driveability throughout the entire rev range, and releases an awesome sound – without producing the excessive volume that affects many other systems. In addition, it is designed specifically to fit the Clio 172 so no modifications are needed in order to fit it. However, Milltek will also be releasing a version of the system that allows the tailpipes to go through the rear valance via a cutout rather than passing underneath it.

The use of a high-quality Platinum-coated stainless steel catalyst means that emissions levels are maintained within legal limits too.
