SEAT Leon FR 2.0 TDI

Milltek Sport have designed a performance exhaust system specifically for the new Leon FR 2.0 TDI which not only improves power and drivability, but also dramatically improves the exhaust note to give the car a more sporty character to match its well-proportioned looks. This new system will fit both the 150 & 184PS engine variants in both Manual and DSG Auto guises.

As with all Milltek Sport systems, all design and fabrication work is undertaken in the firm’s own UK factory, based in the heart of Derbyshire. Ever with an eye on current legislation, Milltek’s design engineers created both a resonated ‘E’ Marked Cat-Back System for markets which require EC-Approval, as well as Non-Resonated Cat-Back System for those looking for performance without compromise. Both systems fully integrate with the OEM exhaust system and are made from the finest non-magnetic stainless steel.

Gas-flow analysis showed that an optimal flow rate could be achieved using pipework that is 70mm/2.76” in diameter and has been precision CNC mandrel bent to ensure a perfectly consistent diameter throughout. The system terminates in a subtle set of beautiful GT80 rear trims for the perfect balance of refinement and enhancement.
